What are the standard shipping charges?
Answer:
We ship Priority US Postal Service, it goes by the weight of the items you order.
If you wish to Insure you order give us a call or email us and we will charge the additional fees! Insurance is just in case your package is lost it will be refunded at 100%. This is usually just a small fee.
We now ship outside the US again, the customer is responsible for any fees/taxes that may arise. Harmonicas and Stuff only charges you for the products and the shipping cost. We have no control over taxes or fees or on how much they will be. We also have no control over the postal system once it leaves us in is in the hands of the post office we have no control on how long it will take to reach you, or no control on what your customs office will do. All sales are final once you have the item if you have a problem with the harmonica you must do the same thing that our US customers do contact the manufacturer. Here is the information on who to contact. For Hohner your may contact them at 804-515-1900 and find out what you need to do to get the harp taken care of. For Suzuki you must call 800-854-1594 or go to Suzuki's website to get their address.

When should I expect my order?
Answer:
Most orders go out within 48 hrs except weekends or holidays. Back Orders are RARE, but do to reasons out of our control there may be a time where a item is backordered, but if this is the case we will let you know, right away.
